Plans

Plans are the collection of features that users subscribe to. Each plan can have a different price and different set of feature values. This gives you the flexiblity to easily offer the different levels of service and pricing that different users require.

Plans are made up of defined Feature Values (created at the Product level) as well as their own Metadata.

Plan Information

To make a plan you need to decide on:

  • Plan Name, a label for back-end reference that not visible publicly.
  • Plan Display Name, the publicly visible name of the plan.
  • Description, a publicly visible long-form description for tool-tips.
  • App Type, options are Trello, Miro or Custom.
  • License Type, options are Board, User, or CustomId.
  • Plan Pricing, options are paid or free.
  • Billing Interval, options allow increments in days, months or years.
  • Visibility, are you ready for this plan to show on your pricing tables.

Features In Plans

All the features set up in a product will show in the plan. The default value of the features will be used unless you change it. At the plan level you can only change the value of the feature.

Warning

If you make changes to existing features or add new feature after you have set up you plans, you should check the feature values in each plan to ensure they are correct.
